Rancid Are Back July 22, And They’re Indestructible

Despite conflicting reports, many of them in A.P. (hey, we hear the same rumors you do), Rancid have finally—cross your fingers—settled on a release date for their upcoming sixth album. Indestructible will be in stores July 22 on Hellcat/Epitaph, and as the band tell A.P. in next month’s exclusive Rancid cover story, they’re currently going through the 25 tracks they’ve recorded so far to decide what’ll make the final cut. Either that, or we’re looking at Life Won’t Wait, The Sequel. Whatever the case, look for more dirt on the band, the Brody situation and the complete 25-song track listing in A.P. 180, on newsstands June 5. (Yeah, we’re shameless.)(AP.com)
